What we collect, and what we never do.

Briefing form. If you request a briefing, we save your name, rank or title, email, organization or unit, pilot pathway, cohort size, target window, and your message. We use this only to reply to your request and plan a pilot briefing.

Readiness assessment. The assessment asks about your organization type, approximate size, goals, current capabilities, and timeline. Your answers are sent to an AI service to generate your assessment. They are not saved on our servers.

• No accounts and no logins.
• No health information. Do not enter health details about yourself or any service member.
• No tracking cookies, analytics beacons, or advertising scripts.
• No file uploads.

Briefing requests are visible only to Pioneer AI Health staff. They are not public, and they are not shared with commanders, units, or any third party.

We keep briefing requests only as long as needed to respond and manage the pilot conversation. To ask for your request to be deleted, email us at the address below.

When PAR is deployed with a unit, members see their own data, providers decide on care, and command sees duty impact — never health details. That privacy model is described on the How PAR Works page. This policy covers this website only.
